The only solace I can take in the lack of lost weight this update is the fact that I didn't gain anything either. Another good thing is that I have been running farther and faster, lifting bigger weights, and my stamina has increased twofold. Unfortunately the weekend has historically killed me, but its back on track starting today. The goal is to be 280 by Wednesday.
